Signature Breads, Inc., home of the original “Rudi Roll” has been baking bread since 1981.  We refer to ourselves as the “Passionate Bakers”.  Our two manufacturing facilities service our national distribution network so our products end up on the tables of the finest restaurants in America. We skillfully and carefully craft our breads using only the finest ingredients from the heartland.

Signature Breads sells over 125 products to the foodservice industry as well as retailers across the country and exports abroad to Aruba, Bahamas, and Bermuda. We are the largest minority owned and operated bread company in the United States.

Our plants in Chelsea Massachusetts and Tempe Arizona are HAACP and Kosher certified and are maintained as such by the most stringent inspection agencies.

A network of close to fifty sales brokers have sold our line of par-baked and fully baked breads since the early 1980’s and are experts in the bread category.  They have the experience and expertise to recommend products to fit each and every restaurant menu or table.

Our dedicated sales and marketing teams have many years of both foodservice and retail experience and are available to work with operators and consumers alike.  Our research and development team boasting thirty years of experience is hard at work creating innovative, cutting edge products to keep fresh and new menu ideas at the forefront in America’s restaurants.
